Random disconnects Destiny 2 [PS4]

Since a month or so i get random disconnects. Most of the times i get a blackscreen for 30 seconds and then i respawn with zero heavy/special and no super, or i get kicked into the loggin screen of the game with a weasel error. While this is happening i can surf and watch twitch or youtube without a problem and it only happens in destiny. I have opened several ports to my ps4 and checked if i get open NAT in CoD (would be a nice feature to show this in Destiny) Is this a known problem?

 • Hi there. Appreciate your report. WEASEL indicates that you are experiencing a general networking issue. You may want to review our WEASEL article for more information that may help with your issue. If you are on a wireless connection, a wired connection is recommended to play Destiny. If your internet connection is being used for anything else besides playing the game, such as watching a movie or streaming, it's recommended to quit those programs. Here are some steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:
1. Clearing your console cache or Performing a Scan and Repair in the Battle.net app 2. Power cycling your internet router 3. Review our guide on improving latency and packet loss to see if that might help 4. Following our Network Troubleshooting Guide for best optimizing your connection to Destiny. You may also want to enable IPV6 on your router if you have it.
• I am not entirely sure what steps you have tried (pre this conversation) but here are a couple of steps I would recommend. Verify that your ethernet cable is snuggly fitted on both ends (ps4 and router/modem) Is anything else going on in your residence while you are attempting to game? run a speedtest by ookla to get your down and upspeeds WITH ping Start playing and if you get the weasel again, engage your internet service provider and ask someone to sit on with you while they run a wireshark trace to your home network and find the drop in connection. let me know if that helps
