The game says I can't play the menagerie but yesterday I did with my friend. I got the chalice, runes, required power, but no option to play. It's a bit sad, couldn't spend my free time on destiny but I hope I'll be rewarded with answer why did it happened. I don't know how to upload my screenshots, but I have some.
I completed all required missions and I have power equal to 692, chalice of opulence sweet business, the sixth coyote and etc.which are included in season 7, as I know.
I bought game with season pass(so it was called on rus) included before forsaken [/spoiler]
So everything is fine, I've miss-bought standard edition of forsaken so that's why I can't play. My friend also mislead me, cause obviously he missed free access to first missions of 7th season. My thanks to everyone who was explaining me stuff correctly and even to those who don't cause you wasted your time on such stupid thing.

Forsaken owners are allowed to do Menegrie [u]once[/u], and then you need to have the Annual Pass in order to [b]unlock[/b] the Menegrie. If you do have Annual Pass, then you might need to finish the "Invitation" questline, one of my clan mates needed to finish it in order to play it again. Hope I could help!
