You can hit 690 in an hour.
You shouldn't be able to hit 750 an hour after.
But I understand...when I started playing (insert any online RPG), my friends were upset I couldn't do endgame stuff as soon as I installed the game too.
This isn't to say that cores still need work...it's more to say, don't complain there's a grind to the top. It's still an RPG with gear score.
