What's the reason/reasons to nerf it?

I was playing comp and we were holding onto supers for the final round it was 3-3 and a kid just swapped to LoW on the other team. Once they all spawned my friend popped arc staff and got killed on the spot with 1 to 2 burst ( keep in mind they just spawned so he picked up no bricks) then my other friend popped fist of havoc got 2 kills then 2 bursted by the kid with LoW. Not soon after they got control of heavy and gained supers. We lost because of the fact the weapon is overpowered.
