• Nope. Sadly Bungo has policies in place where they will not discuss bans or even revoke them. Assuming you are innocent, then Bungo has found something on your PC running at the time of playing D2 that they deemed is a POSSIBLE threat and swings the hammer without due process. You're shit out of luck my dude. Either move on, don't give Bungo anymore of your time or money or buy another copy, because that's the only way you'll be able to play again

    • Bans are not applied ‘for no reason’. They are only given out after either: 1) Cause for suspicion of violation of ToS leads to investigation of the account, which brings up a result showing ToS have been breached, causing a ban. 2) On PC, the game defects potentially ToS breaking software running on the machine, which is flagged for review. A Bungie moderator then confirms the reason for the flag is correct, and manually placed the ban. Bungie does not discuss or revoke restriction or bans.

    • Typically, pc bans are due to software detected by Destiny 2 while running. These include but not limited to, trainers, aimbots, auto-fire, mods, graphics hacks, anything that injects code into games, debuggers for programing, even some viruses. any of these could cause a ban, even if not destiny 2 specific Bungie does not discuss restrictions or bans. Restrictions are temporary, and will not be overturned or undone before they expire. Once an account is banned however, that ban is permanent. Account restrictions and bans are only done in extreme cases; if actions were taken against your account, then it was with reason. There are NO options to dispute or overturn account restrictions or bans. Bans are lifetime for that account https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11929 https://www.bungie.net/en/Explore/Detail/News/47715 *I am not a Bungie representative, just a player trying to give the answers that are available.
