i got suspended from pvp because my internet is shit. but i can’t do anything about it. Australia has shit internet we can’t do anything about it.

Yep our internet here in the sunburnt country sucks blame our dumbass government for the debacle known as the nbn hell there are still people who are on copper cables because the government thinks we don't need fiber optic cables to our houses from the nodes it ridiculous how thick the government is in regards to our internet infrastructure.

I guess it depends on where you live in Australia. I've played many games with Australian players and never heard them complain or run into issues. Plus I play regular with a guy from Australia on destiny,no issues.

The unstable connection affects more people than yourself, it puts your entire team at a dis-advantage if your not playing rumble, Thats the reason it tries to deter you from participating. Tho its not your fault a line has to be drawn somewhere and it happens to anyone with an unstable connection no matter where they are from. You should re-direct your frustration to the people reaponsible for the infastructure in your area and why no investment has been made to improve it as it effects more critical servicea not just online gaming.

but the problem for me is that my internet is fine on everything but my xbox. i can watch youtube, stream videos and do other stuff all together but the moment i go on my xbox my internet turns to shit (only for xbox). and i know a lot more people with a lot worse internet who haven’t gotten any reports let alone suspension. i understand that it is a huge disadvantage to teammate and i hate it when my teammates lag out, but i guess there is only so much i can do. i’m mainly scared about this happening again and instead of facing a suspension it might be something worse. i dun wanna spend hundreds of hours working on a new acc. idk what to do at this point since aus is known for shitty internet and can’t really do anything just for one person.

How are you connecting the xbox, wifi or ethernet, if its wifi its inherintly unstable due to interferance from hundreds of everyday factors, mostly other devices on 2.4 ghz frequncy or if close to other devices that generate electro magnetic feilds even small ones such as tv's. when you watch the likes of netflix it downloads a buffer of data so that small interupts are less noticeable but playing games happen in real time to the millisecond so lost packets will screw the flow of the game. The general rule of thumb is if you have received a warning avoid the game mode for an hour, the punishments get worse and escalate if the issues keep happening in a short window of time. this was my first punishment. i got slammed with a 2 week suspension straight off the bat. and the other stuff about my internet, it’s connected by cable on a 5ghz connection. there rly isn’t anything left for me to do to fix my internet connection rather than leaving australia and that ain’t happening

The real problem is your asking for people who don't have issues to degrade their experience to bend over backwards and just leave you to it without compromise, its a problem with modern society not solely your own. Ps. Complain to your local government or ISP regulator, there is nothing we can do here to upgrade your countries infrastructure to bring it in line with acceptable standards across the rest of the world. The next ban will be 2 months then lifetime after that.
