The drop rates on these items should be rare for RNG, but I believe if you complete a raid flawless you should be given the raid exotic.
If you have been able to master something flawlessly, there is no reason that can’t be rewarded.

(also because I can never find a fireteam to help me through the raids XD but that's beside the point) There is no reward for spending 6 hours completing a raid. Oh yay, I get a legendary weapon that will most likely have garbage rolls. I don't want that trash, I don't want to spend 6 hours of my day doing a raid only to get maybe one or two good weapons and like 3 garbage ones. I want raid quests to come back because then I have a clear objective. Complete the quest, get the pretty thing that makes people go boom. Now it's just, do the raid, and pray to RNJesus for something sorta good. That's not fun. Wasting 6 hours isn't fun. Especially when you do a flawless run. If you do the raid and literally no one in your fireteam dies once, everyone should be guaranteed the exotic, or at the very least the chance of getting it should greatly increase. It's ridiculous that people can spend hours and hours and do a raid 100+ times and not get anything, and then little Timmy over here who has to go to bed at 7 am gets the new exotic on his first go. Flawless runs should guarantee the exotic, or greatly increase the chance of getting it, and every time you beat the raid without getting the exotic the chance of getting it should increase slightly. Contrary to what Bungie thinks, wasting time is not fun.
