One is trash and the other is garbage.
-
Still fun and still Fallout so they're better than utter dog shit like density.
-
Just because they're fun doesn't mean they're good. Also, fun is a matter of opinion.
-
Dafuq? Something that is fun does not mean its good?
-
People enjoy smoking cigarettes, but they most certainly aren't good for you.
-
Ur comparing cancer causing items to video games....a bit of a stretch. Give me a fun game thats garbage
-
For a time I had fun with Metal Gear Survive.
-
Well I guess ill just stop playing it then because people on the internet told me it's not good and my fun is wrong.
-
I never said you should stop, I was just saying that both games are poorly made.
-
Most Bethesda games are, to be honest. Have you played Morrowind? The combat in that game is TERRIBLE. You can be right in a tiny worms face and miss every swing and then suddenly it's stun locking you to death over the course of four hours! Story, world, characters and stuff are pretty neat though.
-
Fallout 76 and 4 lack in those categories.
-
76 actually has a pretty neat world and story. Characters are definitely lacking. I did like the environment of 4 but there wasn't much to do in it (still better than the empty, flat deserts of the Mojave full of copy pasted caves) but I liked the characters.
-
Just wait for the fall update
-
Exactly. I like the world of Fallout about as much as I like the mechanics of 3 and NV
-
If you have a friend? In arguably. Solo? Depends
-
I think if they had tweaked Fallout 76 to make it more of a traditional single player game with NPC’s and bigger more involved quests I would agree. I think 76 is kind of underrated - just wandering around and exploring in 76 is a lot more fun than Fallout 4. It just lacks decent quests. Also the fact you have to pay caps to fast travel drives me insane. And the fact that enemies level up to the highest player in the area sucks as well - as someone who started playing only recently literally everyone on the map is about 100 levels above me - it means I have to avoid all other players otherwise the enemies will be too powerful for my current level. The game needs a solo mode.
-
Yeah early game is awful with the level scaling. I think they should have had a scaling cap for the different big areas. I actually liked the quests and stories told via holotapes, but that's just personal preference.
-
I didn’t mind it a first either but after the 50th holotape/terminal/note you kind of just zone out or press skip. But the lack of NPC’s did add to the emptiness of the world which I like. It actually felt more like the post-apocalypse.
-
... 50th? I checked out at 25, I read enough when I'm not playing video games...
not included in the DLC
-
I have only played the 3rd one.
-
I haven’t tried fallout 76 yet, I’ve heard mixed opinions about it.
-
i just played after downloading the demo. Got disconnected from the server and was bored anyway. Might give it another go.
-
Well I've Never played it before
-
Think it's free to play on a few systems at the moment.
-
Well that's not a good sign
