They banned everyone that didn't play Destiny. Even some of the most veteran members of this site and former mods. So you cant really be a member here and not play Destiny, or at least have played it before.

Actually, the rule is that you need to at least have access to the Farm. So you can finish the first mission and throw the game away

Yes, I know the rule, and it requires you to have still played Destiny 2. Which means old Oni/Marathon/Halo fans that stuck around got the boot and it doesn't look like Bungie is going to allow those types of members anymore. I imagine when Destiny 3 is released they will do the same thing, and ban all members who don't play it.
