People keep saying “I have enough cores”, “cores are easy to get”, “adjust to the game”, ”it’s Bungie’s game”. I don’t doubt you have enough, or that you’re thrifty and don’t mind infusing and masterworking less. But, isn’t that [b]your[/b] choice? Or do you think everyone else here has a right to tell you how to play? Or that somehow limiting your gameplay is good? Even if you think it’s wrong, but not [b]that[/b] bad, what happens when Bungie decides cores aren’t rare enough? Most of you who defend it, who are so willing to put in extra work, are simply proving that it’s still “easy” for some. How long before Bungie decides its too easy for you? Why not draw the line where the problem starts instead of waiting until it’s so bad even [b]you[/b] don’t want to bother playing? Finally, we should all remember one thing - whatever reason anyone gives in defending cores, the [b]only[/b] reason that [b]actually exists [/b] is the one Bungie gave - “meaningful choices”. It doesn’t matter whether you think it’s easy, or how many you have. Bungie put them in so we could make “meaningful choices”. What meaningful choices do cores make any of us make? If you have plenty, you don’t care what you wear or shoot beyond a few choices you probably made seasons ago. If you don’t have enough, you don’t have any choices at all! It’s time for us to realize we’re on the same side. Removing cores would just be more fun for everyone!
