this also won't stop people doing carries. i was in a party with some arrogant tosser the other day who had figured out the algorithm for this weeks config before everyone else, but was 'holding onto it" because it was making him lots of money. this is what this game has become. a -blam!-ing job to most people.

Sadly there isn't anything that can be done about that. But to lessen it there could simply be an entry requirement just like there is for The Reckoning. the way things are going I'm on the fence about spending more money on this game and to my surprise so is my wife,who has been even more of a dedicated fangirl than I have been a fanboy. I was one of those guys in Destiny 1 that would spend hours in raids with 5 noobs. More than once I joined groups that were noobs wanting to do it blind even though it was oldAF. I'd tag along and just shoot stuff awaiting orders. I think I did Leviathan twice and never stepped in a raid again until SotP solely for the shotgun and then never went back again. The juice just isn't worth the squeeze anymore

i was too. destiny helped me through several years of the worst relationship i've ever been in. to see the series in this state really disheartens me.

what really disheartens me is I almost had my wife talked into letting me build her a PC when she saw what this game looks and plays like on PC. Now she won't even consider spending the money on building a 2nd PC.
