So that's pretty meaningless dont you think? I wonder how many people have actually completed Riven properly..... I haven't because no one wants to....and Bungie cant patch it so.....

You'r right. And I bet there are at least a few hundred who have it and don't deserve it. My 47 year old, non-jumping ass made it through with a couple other old, non-jumping asses from my friends list and managed to get it. The Heroic took a few tries, but we finally got it and probably won't bother with the catalyst. Fast-forward to the match I watched my 700 wife get melted by a 597 invader showing he used outbreak perfected. Upon inspection he had a 602 fully masterworked Outbreak Perfected. I didn't mention this in my OP, but this was his highest character so it isn't that he completed it on a higher and then transferred. Didn't think I needed to since I state the power of the weapon. That would make it pretty obvious he didn't.
