Should Bungie remove timers from missions for weapons like Whisper of the Worm and Outbreak Perfected
I'm all for challenging content, but when there is a glitch that allows people to bypass applied timer and have no timer that defeats the purpose of the difficult timed encounter.
I have seen at 30 people who are under 650 some even under 600 with outbreak prime who could have not even come close to completing this legitmately even with help. Then top that off with the countless fireteam finders that have"must know time glitch" or some variation of this requirement in the posting.
This has been on my mind since week 1 of the outbreak perfected mission and after watching my wife (who is 700)get melted in Gambit prime by a 597 invader i decided to make this poll after inspecting. At 1st i thought maybe he was on an alt character so I inspected said him and he was in fact sub 600 and the equipped Outbreak perfected was 602 AND fully masterworked.
If they can't or just flat won't fix the glitch,the timer should be removed. If they fix the glitch I'm fine with the timer.

4 RepliesMaybe those complaining, should get good at the game and work to be able to complete the encounter with the time presented. Whisper of the Worm is easily able to be one manned and completed In the allotted time. You’ll have an easier time two Manning and carrying a lower tier to get their gun on both normal and heroic. . The same concept applies for two strong players being able to two man the normal and heroic version of the Outbreak Perfected Mission. . Just get good and you can be at the skill set of those players. Practice, practice, practice. It’s like any other activity, you gotta try and get better. Bungie should not continue to make it easier for the people who want it handed to them for free. . GET GOOD! . The casual players who have limited time can be just as good as the no lifers who used to live and breath this game. Use your time wisely, it’s that simple. . If you want to quit the game, go on. No one will miss you. No one wants to listen to your sob story, like you think the world cares. News flash...We don’t! :)
