With your Account creation and Agreement on the Terms of Service, they can do whatever they want, so if enough Players report you for the connection issues, they will do something against it. And yet you know you "live in a third World Country and you believe your connection is lacking", then this game which requires a stable internet connection, isn't the right think for you until you do something about it. Not Bungie, just you.

Well.. once again, im literally limited with internet but did the best i could. Just dont understand how you can justify my connection good enough for 5 years (where it was worse than now) and now turn around and say its not. But everyone is missing the subject here. This is Bungie.. how the hell do you run an international company without some sort of support system in place for your paying customers.. I can take being suspended, i can even take the ban but what i cant take is being left with absolutely no way of getting in contact with the actual team. Do they even have a suuport team or are they the same as the PvP team. Literally just there in paper

As Megatron said in his reply below, they let people's poor connections slide for a long time, but they've recently started cracking down, because it ruins the experience for other players. That's why they are now saying your connection is not good enough. As for you trying to get in contact with them...why? What purpose would it serve? They have troubleshooting guides online that you could use if improving your connection was an option, but you've already said that it's not possible.

Becasue i would honestly like to know, do i uninstall or keep? PvP is a big part of the game for me along with my favourite part. If i could get in contact, i would ask 1. Why. 2. For how long? 3. What do they suggest i do to avoid this in the future. I dont want to fight any of them, or you guys (as you guys are being helpful) i literally just want those 3 questions answered. If it takes 2 months, no problem, just give me that info. At the moment the game is taking up space on my hard drive and if i know that i won't be able to what i enjoy, i can replace it with a different game and wait for D3

The first time you log on to d2 and try to go into a pvp activity a message would have prompted on screen with stating you have been restricted and for how long. If you ignored that message that is on you. Bungie will not discuss your restriction or overturn it. If you can not fix or get better internet the next punishment can be 2 months to a permanent ban. Since you said you wont fix it. The best move is to stay out of pvp. As your poor connection impacts other players. You may not find its causing issues but to other players watching you teleport isnt fun.

I really appreciate it 1stly.. However, i did not receive said message. Only way i figured it out, joined on a fireteam and the fireteam leader couldn't launch gambit. 2ndly, i would love to do soemthing to better my connection, but i stay in South Africa, in a town no one has heard of.. there is no infrastructure, so unfortunately its not that i wont do anything to change it, i am unable. I have even attempted multiple isps. I can agree that i cannot play on US servers but even in EU servers (including pvt matches) i have actually not had issues, according to my team mates and opponents..

Actually said right after the qoute you used, that the suspension isnt my problem
