I feel like I am missing something in that spoiler.

The first time I ever got a close up look at her teeth I saw that they weren't exactly what I would consider 'pearly whites'. It has stuck with me almost every time I've seen her since then. I'm not saying it looks like she has a nasty case of 'meth-mouth'. That's not the case. It's just not what I would expect when getting close to a queen.
