Unfortunately, we're looked into the matter and there are only two options that are available: contacting Xbox Support to see if they can help you out, or requesting a refund form the retailer you purchased this from.

Edited by CAMMAX008: 5/31/2019 6:32:52 PMI decided to play D1 for a change just now and got the exact same thing. I came here to see if anyone else had experienced it. I haven't played D1 in a while but I can guarantee it was usable before because I have my cloak equipped, but it's locked and you can't see any cloak on my guardian. If I were to take it off, I wouldn't be able to equip it again.
