Unpopular opinion: Couldn't we have gotten a NEW weapon from Zero Hour?

The Zero Hour [i]speedrun[/i] was semi-cool, got my Outbreak Perfected and the catalyst. However, I cannot give you guys that much credit, because once again, you've added back cut content from your previous game; you don't go back on features, you go forward. This is not expansion, this is repetition. [i]Here come the down-votes.[/i] Why did you guys feel as if you needed another mission to replicate the Whisper of the Worm quest? The timer is unnecessary. If you want a timer, throw it in when we face the boss, not at the start. I want to explore the old Tower, find hidden secrets, you know, explore. I was bamboozled, I was flabbergasted at the amount of new geography added in just this single mission for a single gun, that is not new. And the environment is absolutely beautiful to look at. I just wish I didn't have to sprint through the whole thing so I can. It sucks out the enjoyment and fun. Why is there a timer? Is the enemy escaping? Why is there no cut-scene of the enemy escaping when the timer expires? It's just [i]bloop.[/i] Back to space. I don't dislike the [i]jumping puzzles[/i] everyone talks about; I think they're really fun, with the traps and all. This mission is good, but it could be better. Why is there not a single word of dialogue spoken from your Ghost? Returning to the old Tower is a pretty critical story moment, don't you think?
