Ursine Guard Fails to proc
While using Ursa Furiosa I noticed I come out of a super in which I did plenty of guarding with 1% of my super bar restored, while other times I come out with half or more having guarded significantly less

Edited by IcyHorizons: 4/15/2019 9:39:58 AMIts not bugged, the ability gives you a certain amount for how much damage you block, it's not always going to give you half energy because you blocked a few shots from a psion, this is intended to have the same effect as the Shards of Galanor nerf
