Simple solution would be to just make sure it's three different nightfall each week. Curate it a little. It makes loot specific strikes and the playlist as a whole more consistent. That's my real gripe with waiting for strange terrain.

This would create, if I'm correct about there being 21 NFs, a 7 week cycle, which I would be kind of happy with to certain extent at least. At least everyone would then know, when the NF they want is up.
