The Niobe labs puzzle would have been fine if all the forges had been released day 1 of Black Armory. It would have given the average player something to do right from the get go, and the elite (I use that term lightly) players would have been hard at work on this ridiculous puzzle while the rest of us were still working on the other three forges. Instead, Bungie feels they need to time gate and drip feed every little piece of content, essentially starving its playerbase for something new to do. Then they release the new thing with the surprise of, "Just kidding, 99% of you have absolutely no chance of ever figuring this out."

  • Actually I think Bungie want to repeat the success from the raid Last Wish and see how players could tolerate their puzzle setting . In fact, not everyone here are Sherlock Holmes to look into the lore details and solve this puzzle. Most of the players are just waiting for someone to decrypt the game and put it on youtube for them. When they see their hope (the streamers) have failed they lost their hope at the same time and getting impatient and anger.
