One. Those "children" are programmable robots who took the place and lives of [i]real[/i] children. However, the OT Chapter does not seek to actively engage in hunting synth down. We view them with an air of incredulity. They are not human so we can not afford to think of them the same way, but we will not go around murdering them just like one shouldn't go around murdering Mister Handys.
