Beyond the watchtower bugged
I was helping my friend through the forsaken campaign when we got to the beyond the watchtower mission, we were going through it like normal until we got the quest objective to enter the observatory. When we entered parra did not appear and nothing we did could make her appear. Eventually we went to orbit when we tried to go back and do the mission the flag pole to start the quest was gone. So my friend is locked out of the dreaming city.
