Ok so I have done every dreaming city activity since it launched and I still havent got the ghost shell and its really frustrating, I even farm public events and nothing, I cant get the cursebreaker title just because RNG doesnt want to drop that ghost so can the drop rate get better or I dunno maybe Petra selling the damn thing? Maybe a quest for cosmetics? Yo have to stop relying on RNG and give us something we can do to get these things
