Yeah, but she would not be the person she once was. I don't find that particularly "happy".

I think it would've made a much better story and Cayde would still be around with the humor! Hawthorne would still be the same but she would have gotten the chance to see things from a different view point. Awesome story line. Cayge and his humor could have trained her to be a Gordian. Hilarious with a little drama. Great from a writer's perspective and the gamer.
