Reporting in also as a poor soul. Not getting the Parcel is literally stopping me from becoming Dredgen right now. It dumbfounds everyone around me

Don't worry, I did eventually get one. And I've actually gotten two since then. Just keep grinding. Sucks though, especially if you've done three whole resets!! Helps if you run all three characters and hit as many of the loot bounties as you can.

I know this is a little old but I still haven't had it drop to this day lol. I can't possibly believe that the shotgun drop rate isn't bugged or unbelievably tiny
