Is Bungie just plain Greedy?
When i bought Destiny 2 at launch i payed over a hundred dollars for the base game plus the season pass. all the DLC has previously unlocked and downloaded, I.e Warmind/Osirus... However forsaken hasn't downloaded nor given me any option to install. All its giving me is the option to either spend $40 and even $80 or so MORE on top of the original hundred or so i already paid at launch. I would really like to know how to fix this error and unlock Forsaken like i originally paid for. I've looked everywhere for a customer support number but apparently you guys don't even have one and if you do you have hidden it because i feel like you know there would be a lot of upset callers.... But seriously i would just like some help fixing this issue and just get back to somewhat having fun with this game again. Please just looking for some help to get Forsaken unlocked.

The "Expansion Pass" you purchased specifically said "includes Expansion 1: Curse of Osiris and Expansion 2: Warmind". Nowhere in it did it say "includes all future expansions" or "includes Expansion 3: Forsaken". So, adding a selection to your choices: [quote]- No, Bungie is not greedy. Your original purchase was ONLY for D2 & the expansions pass (Osiris & Warmind). Note, Forsaken WAS NOT advertised/stated/hinted/etc to be included in the original purchase you made. As such, Forsaken must be purchased by a user in order to play its content (regardless of what purchase was made when D2 first released). What season pass????? There is the expansion pass that some bought with the release of D2 and there is the annual pass that was released with Forsaken. This is a case of you not reading what you bought. You got the base game some bonus items AND the expansion pass which clearly states that it covers the dlc for year one which we now know was Curse of Osiris and Warmind and never mentions Forsaken. If you want Forsaken you are going to have to pay for it.

You didn’t buy a season pass. You bought an expansion pass that clearly only includes Curse of Osiris and Warmind. I recommend taking the time to understand what you are spending your money on in the future.
