Are you using desktop/laptop? Have you tried clearing cookies and cache to see if that helps?

Desktop, using Microsoft Edge. I just cleared cookies and cache, but still getting redirected.

I used chrome with the same result, and it is the same profiles, yes.

Not sure if you figured out this issue yet but i have a bit of a work around, go to settings and find them in the list below and click on them there as opposed to the roster on the side, hope this helps.
