Missing offering still

Come on bungie sort it out. This issue has been going 2 weeks now My inventory was not full when I completed the bounty and went to the oracle for it only to say I don't have the offering, and there's no way of getting another one Just give us a offering? Seriously how hard is it

Do the final story mission to get into the dreaming city with someone else and then you will get an offering.
