Compliment Sandwich!

Excellent work Forsaken team! I am loving the expansion so far. I have been playing way more than is healthy and when I log off... I sometimes think about what I want to do when I get back! I have a few, minor quibbles. I used to be a swim instructor and we provided feedback with a "Compliment Sandwich," meaning we'd provide feedback on something we liked, something that could be improved, and something we like again. So here goes with mine! (other posters please keep the "Compliment Sandwich" format to keep things constructive) (1) The Dreaming City is breathtakingly gorgeous. I was excited for this space and it exceeded my expectations visually. I enjoy just poking around, seeing what I can find! (2) The emphasis on Crucible/Gambit for exotic quests can be frustrating. I am actually enjoying both Crucible and Gambit a lot, and to some degree this is because I'm doing it for these quests and enjoying myself DESPITE not wanting to do it. However, guardian kills in Gambit is especially frustrating (Ace of Spades/Chaperone). I'm not good at PvP so I feel like I have to play badly for my team in order to complete the quests: that's not fun for me or my team. (3) The Well of Radiance Super is really good! I was nervous about this super when it was announced, I thought, "Destiny really isn't a 'Support' system: that super isn't gonna help much..." and boy was I wrong! It is vital in the Blind Well... combined with Phoenix Protocol I almost always have it up too! Great design work. (4) Being unable to reacquire randomized gear from Collections can be frustrating if you accidentally delete a piece (poor vigil of heroes boots: you did nothing wrong!) Is it possible to be able to track which perks you've unlocked on a specific piece? That way, you could reacquire the gear but only get versions you've already unlocked. That would almost be a kind of crafting: the more type of that gear drops, the more control you have over perks, the less frustrating it would be to get a "god roll," because eventually you'd unlock all the perks on that gear. (5) The sheer amount of content is staggering. I play way too much, and haven't even barely touched my alts! Well done! All in all I'm so happy: some minor issues that would be great to be addressed, but nothing so frustrating that I would stop playing. Thanks Bungie!
