NOVA WARP
**You do not need to fully charge your void eruption in PvP.** Simply pressing the attack button will kill a guardian if you’re close enough.
Step 1: Use blink and nova warp to close the gap on your opponent. From my experience, I was more successful by starting off with blink and then using nova warp to close the remaining gap. As you get closer to your opponent, warping works better since it’s easier to control. Note that warping uses super energy.
Step 2: Once you’re next to your opponent, unleash the void eruption by pressing the attack button. If your opponent is next to you or in front of you, you’ll most likely get the kill. If they’re behind you, I’ve noticed that they tend to not take damage.
After your get a kill, you get a small amount of health which lets you survive longer.
Expert Tip: You can charge your eruption during the warp animation. That way, you can attack as soon as the warp animation is complete.
HANDHELD SUPERNOVA
Get within shotgun range, charge your grenade, and then throw it. It’s a one hit kill.
If you hold the charge for too long, it will simply cancel the throw.
FINAL NOTE
The subclass is extremely good for aggressive players. This skill tree combined with blink is an excellent recipe for players who like 1v1 engagements.
I didn’t cover the melee in this video, but it’s equally as powerful. Hitting a guardian with a melee will create a second explosion on them that deals even more damage. I will never lose a melee battle because of this.
I’m still exploring with the skill tree, so if anyone has more tips then feel free to add!

6 RepliesMelee ability is a OHK. Just hit them and walk away. The Explosion will kill. I tend to have issues with Titans tho, they can survive to a sliver of health, so I tend to melee, shoot once then the Explosion kills.

5 RepliesSpecial K...I hate to break it to you...but Nova Warp has a crap blast radius, you often need to two-blast to put a single Guardian down and it really doesn't stand a chance against other supers. There; that's my two cents. On to the neutral stuff. We know Skull of Dire Ahamkara does not work and Nezarec's Sin is simply amazing. So what happens when you use either Claws of Ahamkara or Winters Guile with Attunement of Fission?

Thanks mate. I initially disregarded this sub because a number of other YouTubers said it was terrible :/ I'll pick it up next chance I get :)

1 ReplyEdited by Severed: 9/10/2018 3:36:16 AMI just want to give you props man ive been trying to find the best ways to use the attunment of fission for pvp and couldnt figure it out, but your video definitely made a huge difference so thank you. Edit: Also you should mention that the melee when charged pushes enemies back pretty far and some times it can be a one shot if the enemy hits a wall then dies from the explosion.

2 Repliesout of curiosity what is your mobility/resilience/recovery spread look like on your build?
-
2 RepliesYeah your not selling me a dead horse. It's not good and needs a buff
-
I don't know why people keep saying it sucks and is under powered. It is a one hit kill. Name one other grenade that can do that.
-
3 Replieshave you tried charging your grenade in super?
-
3 RepliesYou can kill your team mates to if you charge your grenade and throw it at your feet next to a buddy lol
-
3 RepliesThis was my first new super I've unlocked and I don't regret it, I find it loads of fun if you use it right lol
-
1 ReplyI was on the "this super sucks in pvp" train, but after using it for a while, I learned a lot of the stuff you described there, and I gotta say, it's pretty good. But we can't deny it's still underperforming a little when compared to other roaming supers. The charged explosion should do more damage and maybe have a little larger blast radius so we actually get a chance to win super vs super fights.
-
3 RepliesNova warp is broken plain and simple. It's the only super that does not one hit kill in PvP. To prove the point the overcharged grenade on the super CAN one hit kill! Yet the super itself is weaker than the grenade?!? Bungie need to adjust this ASAP. It's a roving super and should have the same kill potential as all other roving supers. Especially given that it is very short range. I'm sure Bungie must already be aware that this super is not powerful enough so we'll see if they fix it quickly or if it's just going to be relegated to the never use shelf.

1 ReplyI cant get not more than 3 kills, ill stick to my stormcaller where I get 2 team wipes in one super
-
play how you want to
-
Yeah ivr uses since since forsaken launch and still it's very glitchy and underwhelming in pvp. Pve it's not bad . All in all meh

I find the neutral game for thousand cuts, Nova warp, and the new sentinel thing to be kinda garbage

1 ReplyLove your work man and ever since your New world dawn blade video have been so glad that you cover warlocks. Keen to give this a shot when I unlock it.
-
5 RepliesDamn now I don’t know what supervto get. Was going to do that new arc beam of death but now I’m really struggling what to choose . I love them all :(

Ive just unlocked mine last night. Can’t wait to get levelled up. Thanks for the tips.

I'll keep these tips in mind. I started with Control and then switched to Grace when I cleared tier 2. Oh my lord Grace is absolutely godlike in a communicating fireteam. We were steamrolling Blind Well and Gambit matches without a single death because of Empower and Divine Blessing.
