Mask of the Quiet One... Broken?
Tonight I thought I'd actually take off my Synthoceps and try a different titan exotic in pvp. Mask of the Quiet One sounded great, so I went with that.
On multiple occasions I'd win a firefight with a slither of health, but not once did the perk proc.
What gives? Is it broken? Is it only meant to be a chance of the perk proccing?

A lot of exotic perks do not work as of rn. They will work when forsaken drops.

1 ReplyMaybe like the mk 44 they give half your mele back in pve but seem to do nothing in pvp or very little so pvp it may proc differently idk but as I said something similar happened with the mk 44
