Major issue: High impact scouts firing at 140RPM
I haven't heard a peep about this from anybody. my go-to for long range primary combat were high impact scouts and now they feel horribly sluggish post update.
The video example isn't great but I implore you to see for yourself.
If this was in the update TWAB and I'm dumb, please tell me and I'll leave forever.
