Right. Even though 2K has said it’s a ‘permanent franchise’ and Jason Schrier of Kotaku recently discovered a 2K studio is working on a new title in the series.

Yup. He’s been working on a new IP for a few years now, at a small new studio called Ghost Stories. Or Story.
