Vance only offers certain verses (up to 3) each week. If he isn’t offering any, then this means either 1) you’ve done all he is offering this week, or 2) you still have an incomplete verse in inventory. If you don’t have #2, then just keep checking with Vance each weekly reset to see when he is offering the final one you need.
