Dear Guardian,
Based on the information in the video, it seems like you are having a network connection issue.
Since you say that you and your brother share the same network, I have a few questions to ask you:
1. Is he attempting to log in while you yourself are online playing? Are there other people in the house using the internet?
2. What is your internet connection's upload and download speed? (You can find this by googling "Internet Speed Test")
3. Is he using a wired or wireless internet connection?

1. No and yes. Their have been multiple instances where he has tried signing in while at night and early in the morning when everyone else is asleep and still having the same issue. As well as in the middle of the day when everyone is up. 2. Yes we do have other devices connected, quiet a few actually which makes our network speed very slow. Download speed-4.32 Upload Speed-4.39 Although it hasn’t been a problem before and we have been able to play fine with eachother with a couple of hiccups. 3. Wireless

Thank you for answering my questions. Please attempt to switch to a wired connection and follow the links I listed above as they should help you better optimize your connection and allow you both to play again. If after that you are still having issues, please let me know.

It would be a challenge for us to turn it into a wired connection because of the positions the totem and Xbox are in. It’s not impossible it would just take a bit more elbow grease than I would’ve hoped for but I will take it into consideration if their isn’t any other way. I’ll take your advice and use the links and hopefully something could work out here. I thank you for your time spend here I really appreciate it.
