Cooling Facility Terminal
There's a vent shaft which leads to a room with a terminal in it above the cooling facility in the Dynamo area. Anybody know what it does?

It's supposed to open a door further in that exposes a Data Point (or one of those glowing holographic icons) for you to shoot.
