My personal perspective is that the #1 issue with the Guided Games feature is not even the waiting times.
The main issue that makes this feature so unattractive is the fact that Destiny 2 apparently has no way to queue for something, while still letting you play other activities.
If I could queue for the Nightfall while still playing open world activities and just get a notification once a group has been found, I would start using it right now.
World of Warcraft has this feature for over 10 years now, and although it's definitely a design challenge to implement this into a console UI, I believe it's totally possible.

They could do with "copying" world of warcrafts end game. Constantly increasing difficulty across activities.

That would be f***cking legit on top of everything I said as well.

Edited by GameNerd300: 4/28/2018 7:34:07 PMJust about every MMO or social game out there has the feature to let the player keep doing whatever they want to do while they wait to be matched up with a group. The fact that you can't do this in Destiny 2 makes it seem like Bungie didn't fully think guided games through before implementing it. (I mean, damn, did they think that people wouldn't want to do something else while they wait?)

Exactly. This is the number 1 problem...

They do the same thing in Neverwinter. I can keep playing until the event is ready. I'm on PS4 too.
