Lost Prophecy Weapons’ Prophecies

Having now grinded myself to near death looking for radiolarian cultures to collect all the lost prophecy weapons, I decided to read the text on each weapon. This got me thinking: are these prophecies hints to future DLC, or events that have already happened in the Destiny universe. Let’s examine the weapons: Garden Progeny 1
Two siblings cleaved by time and space, reflections never found alone, The ending of the eldritch race - a path long seen but never known
Gibberish... but maybe the two siblings are the light and dark, the Traveller and the triangle ships, and this prophecy eludes to their beginnings? The Conqueror 2
To Tower comes a war in red; an orphan sounds the empire’s call. Mortal angels mourn the dead while lightless light wraps night in pall
The Red War... Ghaul is the orphan, we’re the mortal angels. Jack Queen King 3
An army meets, and stands, and falls. Three Nobles wage their hopeless war. In shifting madness, evil crawls. One stands above the battles roar
A queen and a king could be the Kell of Kings, and Mara Sov. A Jack is a term for male servant, so could relate to Uldren as he was the queens servant? Assuming there is a future DLC around the awoken and fallen, this could be a small clue about the story? EDIT: Malokith has presented an alternate theory that the three Nobles are Cayde, Ikora, and Zavala, and that the one standing above the battle is the Traveller. This prophecy would then be about the vanguards attempt to retake the city from the Red Legion. Machina Dei 4
A charnel but effulgent orb - beacon in a loathsome dark - feted, fetid corpses rise - a too-long-absent gibbous spark
Someone got the thesaurus out for this one, but I think this relates to our guardians awakening. Charnel means associated with death, and effulgent means shining brightly, both of which you could say about the Traveller. Presumably guardians are the fetid corpses. Travellers Judgement 5
A visitor ignites the sky, and the truth of light it dreams: above the dead and yet-to-die, a legions blade with fire screams
Ghaul getter burnt by the Traveller seems the obvious answer here? Sol Pariah 6
amid endless death one flew-unnatural all-consuming need - And in the space between the two, accursed comprehension freed.
This makes me thing of Oryx, with his all consuming need to feed his worm, and the accursed comprehension being the Taken ability. What does everyone else think? West of Sunfall 7
a spark of knowledge with each fall, the purpose of the endless youth. No longer shunned, darks nameless call now brings a tenebrous truth
No idea... any thoughts? EDIT: A few people have now said that this relates to either the Thanatonauts or to Osiris (who himself may have been a Thanatonaut) as they die to earn a greater understanding of things Infinite Paths 8
They sowed the first, now reap the last; forever narrows to a line Where Light will fade into the past-when all’s concerted, nothing shines
This sounds a lot like the future you seen in the CoO story where the Vex have won, and there is no more light. Null Calamity 9
a sacred eye that speaks in lies-upending future in its path. The way before us to the skies shall see itself in ancient wrath
🤔 Future Safe 10
See whose robes as if a god, who stands with pride above the rest! Destroy this ancient nameless fraud! Destroy the one whose death was blessed
At a guess, I’d say this relates to a future big bad in a DLC similar to Oryx. Maybe Nokris if anything ever happens there? Or could be about Calus as he is robed like a god? What do you all think? Have I missed anything blindingly obvious? Are these clues to the future of Destinies story or just passages hacked together that mean nothing?

Maybe the 1st prophecy is talking about: Crota and Nokris ( In TTK Mission, regecide, you can find a statue of him/her and Crota. But other than that nothing is mentioned of him/her until D2 that is). If you read the Book of Sorrow. It is mentioned that Oryx threw Crota into a Vex time gate and said this "Come home glorious, or die forgotten!". So MAYBE he also threw Nokris with him but no one remembers him/her because he/she never came back from the vex world/dimension/network maybe he/she died, converted into a vex or simply lost there. Now if you read the lore tab of Genysm knight class item it says the following:
Eris, I have scoured my library but found nothing on this “Nokris” of which you speak. I am sorry both for the delay and that I could not be of more help. Do you ever feel any affection for the creatures that changed you? I confess this weakness myself. In the shadow of the Pyramidion, I have sometimes felt a kind of craven admiration for the illimitable superior beings that suffuse my body. I can feel them move through my veins with purpose, magnetized to the intent of the Minds that have come to machinoform Echo Mesa. I have a sense of their desires. They have changed since I fell. And so, I am—if nothing else—a new variable in whatever grand equation compels them. My arm grows worse. This morning, I cut my finger and bled radiolaria. I will redouble my efforts. Truth in action, Asher Mir
Now why would Eris Morn herself asks the vex obsessed Asher Mir about a hive entity? She is the expert ain't she? Maybe she knew Nokris is lost to the vex and that's why she asked Asher. That's concludes this part: Two siblings cleaved by time and space. As for the Eldritch race bit: It is clearly for telling the ending of the hive.

      •
Garden Progeny 1
Two siblings cleaved by time and space, reflections never found alone, The ending of the eldritch race - a path long seen but never known
Gibberish... but maybe the two siblings are the light and dark, the Traveller and the triangle ships, and this prophecy eludes to their beginnings?
To me this points rather obviously at the Light and Darkness. “Two siblings”, “cleaved by time and space”, “reflections never found alone”, it all matches. So l believe the “path long seen but never known” is the Light’s victory over the Darkness
Jack Queen King 3
An army meets, and stands, and falls. Three Nobles wage their hopeless war. In shifting madness, evil crawls. One stands above the battles roar
A queen and a king could be the Kell of Kings, and Mara Sov. EDIT: Malokith has presented an alternate theory that the three Nobles are Cayde, Ikora, and Zavala, and that the one standing above the battle is the Traveller. This prophecy would then be about the vanguards attempt to retake the city from the Red Legion.
There are a couple are things this one might mean: 1. Possibly the Light, Darkness, and Vex. Not the cleanest fit but everything matches aside from the army meeting, standing, and falling, unless that refers to the Guardians 2. Possibly Oryx (king), Savathûn (queen), and Xivu (jack). The hopeless war is their war of love that will end with all of them unable to feed their Worms. Darkness is possibly the crawling evil and Oryx stands above the others.
West of Sunfall 7
a spark of knowledge with each fall, the purpose of the endless youth. No longer shunned, darks nameless call now brings a tenebrous truth
No idea... any thoughts? EDIT: A few people have now said that this relates to either the Thanatonauts or to Osiris (who himself may have been a Thanatonaut) as they die to earn a greater understanding of things
This could be Thanatonauts, or maybe even specifically the Thanatonaut Pujari, but it may also refer to Guardians in general since they have “endless youth” so they forever learn and grow stronger. Not sure what the “truth” mentioned is, but the “darks nameless call” part may involve Guardians realizing the frailty of the Light and investigating the Darkness. Dredgen Yor could even be the subject of this text
Null Calamity 9
a sacred eye that speaks in lies-upending future in its path. The way before us to the skies shall see itself in ancient wrath

1. The sacred eye could be the Traveler since we’ve had a reference to a “great-eyed god” in the Crest of Alpha Lupi and in a Cayde grimoire making jokes about the Traveler replaced with a giant eyeball. If so, then the “upending future” is easily explained by how the Darkness kills everything where the Traveler has been, therefore getting rid of any future they would’ve had. The last line could then refer to fighting the Darkness 2. The sacred eye could mean Osiris using his prophecies as a way to manipulate the people of the City (ironic, isn’t it?). If so then the last line could refer to the war against the Vex
Future Safe 10
See whose robes as if a god, who stands with pride above the rest! Destroy this ancient nameless fraud! Destroy the one whose death was blessed
At a guess, I’d say this relates to a future big bad in a DLC similar to Oryx. Maybe Nokris if anything ever happens there? Or could be about Calus as he is robed like a god?
To me this screams Calus, who thinks of himself as a god and was promised a death of his choosing by the Darkness. But it could also be Osiris referring to the Speaker (or a future Speaker) either as retaliation for his exile (which would mean this prophecy is useless lies) or to warn us that our next Speaker may mislead us

        • Jack queen king definitely refers to the vanguard. Not sure who rises above out of the three, could be Ikora as she rises to meet Osiris however there are some rumblings Of caydes connection to Rasputin that may be explored in the next dlc

“A sacred eye that speaks in lies” This makes me think of Osiris, as he is depicted with a single eye, at least on Brother Vance’s robes. The speaks in lies bit could refer to the Speaker’s distrust of his theories and beliefs. “Upending future in its path” Referring to the doubt that Osiris sowed as to the Traveller’s true allegiances/intentions. Humanity is no longer united on the fact that the Traveler is our savior. “The way before us to the skies” Fairly straightforward: a return to the the exploration/conquest of the solar system as during the golden age. “Shall see itself in ancient wrath” Possibly saying that Osiris is correct about the traveler? That our enemies are our way to reclaim the system? If I had to say one race this is referring to, it would be the fallen, since it appears in the D1 lore that they were betrayed by the traveler and invaded/conquered by the darkness as well.

Destroy the one whose death was blessed

This obviously references The Speaker with phrases like Above the rest
which references the Consensus and how it works
and Ancient nameless fraud
Which points out that nobody knows his name and that he is a fraud.
• Am I the only one who thinks Prophecy 1 is talking about the Queen and her brother The queen isn't one of the reef born awoken ,as stated from TTK "the awoken are my family now " ,she states this as if she's an outsider ,along with her brother Also Mara Sov is confirmed to be alive ,as is her brother but neither of them have been recorded to have returned to the reef ,they seem to have abandoned it (Also the reef suffered the wrath of the red legion also ,why haven't we gone to their aid yet BUNGO! ) Perhaps they are the last of their people?

                • it looks lit it is a prophecy we are halfway through. i would say we are at number 7 now. to me i think number 7 is about the infinite forest and Osiris. "spark of knowledge with each fall" is the infinate forest. "No longer shunned, darks nameless call now brings a tenebrous truth" is about the return of Osiris and the obscure prophecies he brings. i think 9 has to do with the warminds and those black pyramids. 10 i think is about the return of the iron lord felwinter. i think in the next expansion we will have to defeat the resurrected iron lords that are now controlled by SIVA. "See whose robes as if a god" felwinter was a warlock. "who stands with pride above the rest" is referring to how the iron lords though of them selves. "Destroy this ancient nameless fraud", felwinter was given that name by his ghost because he was dead so long he could not remember his own name. "Destroy the one whose death was blessed" again felwinter was honored for his sacrifice in locking SIVA away.

I think prophecy 7 is talking about thanatonauts. the spark of knowledge with each fall would be the insight and know they get with each death. Endless youth could be guardians immortality. Lastly thanatonauts were frowned upon until recently but is now accepted. Number 9 could be speaking of osiris who would be the sacred eye, the future park could be the infinite forest and the ancient wrath the vex themselves.

We know his light is completely drained and yet he floats on bathed in "light" atop a literal pile of vex corpses. Just saying if the vex are keeping him I doubt it's because of respect.
