Fair warning... This post is kinda aggressive and negative... You could easily chalk this up as toxicity but in the end, this is what the state of D2 and Bungie have brought out of me. This is how I feel and I want Bungie to know. Destiny was great and it no longer is. We'll all handle that fact differently and this is my release. How do you keep pulling this shit, apologizing for it, and then pulling the same shit again and again? "We care" is the biggest load of shit you guys spout. I feel bad because you have good artists and some decent designers... And Deej man. DEEJ! He's a kindhearted and extremely manly man and he has to handle so much backlash because of your selfishness as a company! I and so many players feel totally extorted and worn out by your game! It's unfair. I don't understand how you can keep playing the nice and innocent card... You're just another corporate company now. I thought you guys were different... You guys inspired me to become a game artist but I just don't feel that anymore. I used to look at the Destiny universe and marvel at the thought of how great it would be to work on this game. But knowing how I feel about it now and how the majority of other dedicated players feel... I would never in my life want to create something like this. Beautiful on the outside but dead and rotten at its core. Be better. Change. I didn't buy CoO and you guys proved me right for being cautious. The Dawning proved it even further that Destiny is no longer a game. It is a shady business tactic. Sorry, but I bought Destiny. I loved Destiny... And you guys ruined and squeezed the life out of it so I am mad. If someone went in and deleted all your code and art, I'm sure it would feel similar to this. Something you had worked on and been a part of for so long is gone... Except for us, it's still here... Pretending to be all that it was when it's not. It's just $$$$$. No game. No heart. No life. Just the Darkness. It feels bad. I don't open Overwatch and feel like half the games content is in its lootboxes... To me they're literally just a reward for playing a certain amount etc. I like them. Destiny 2 is a looter shooter where over half of its loot is in the MTX. That is both insane and disgusting. I don't feel like Destiny 2 is a game with microtransactions. I feel like Destiny 2 is microtransactions with a game. In Destiny 1 I spent a bit of money on microtransactions here and there but that's because I liked what I was getting... I felt like the system didn't impact the game too much... And I wanted to support you guys... But with D2... I don't want to give you a dime. Even if I wanted something and I could pay $2 for it... I'm not giving you my money. You just don't deserve it at the moment. See ya.
