Can anyone help me with the fact that I can't get the chest at the other tower, every single public event only spawns the diamonds/platforms at the other tower and not the one where I need the other chest

Once you slam the orbs on the other side, the portal will turn and shoot you over to the tower with the chest. You can only do the diamonds on one side. The other side only requires you to slam the charge.
