Yes. It means 'God wants it', and is commonly seen as the Crusaders' batle cry. This is probably not true. Crusading kings would've shouted something in their own language, like [i]Gott Mitt Uns![/i] (in the case of 'Germans'), so their peasant soldiers would understand.
