Do faction vendor engrams rotate power level like the other vendors?
I'm 305 btw.
Dead Orbit is stuck at 298 for me. I'm hoping it rotates every 4 hours like the other tower vendors (sans Gunsmith, that's tied to rank). I keep waiting for it to hit 300.
Anyone catch a 300 roll with the faction vendors?

Btw it's actually every 3 hours for Zavala and Ikora and weekly for Shaxx. Unknown for faction vendors. I found a spreadsheet someone made. The stating point is 12:00 EST for the 3 hour vendors. So 12, 3, 6, 9, 12.
