If I delete a character will my 'collection' remain intact?
I'm wanting to make a new Hunter. If I delete the one I have now will the exotics I have unlocked but no longer actually possess still be in my collection ready for purchase on my new character? I know weapons would because they're shared across characters but can't be sure for class specific armour.

I have deleted all my classes and this is what I observed (hope they will not change this): Every progress ( half of a quest that has 4 stages ) and you completed 2 and a half; the half will be deleted. All armors and weapons will remain in the vault unchanged ( including power level ). You will lose all class abilities and you need to complete stories to unlock them. Solar, void and arc will be available for purchases in some % and no stasis until you complete the missions. As expected, having most of your progress deleted, you will not have access to specific dungeons until you complete the stories. I deleted my warlock in the first day and titan and hunter the third day. Then created exactly the same features on all classes. Good luck playing your favorite missions but this time with "legacy" all over the place :)

1 ReplyAs long as you have at least one character, your vault, collection, and inventory will still be there. These categories are account based, not character based.

Edited by SeaWolv: 11/7/2017 2:50:22 PMHow many characters do you have? If you have more than one I doubt that deleting any of them would eliminate your exotic collection. If you're that worried you can always buy those class specific exotics and have the characters your not deleting hold them. Providing you have enough shards.
