If the code is failing repeatedly, then you'll want to go to the bungiestore website and use their contact form, since this issue is concerning a code for a store-purchased pin. The BungieStore website has its own customer support form to do so, hopefully they can get back to you quickly to figure out what's going on with your irredeemable code.
