How do I start the Mida Multi Tool quest over?
As stated, I abandoned the quest at the Sight, Shoot, Repeat section because I thought it may be bugged as it was not counting any multi kills thinking I'd be able to pick it back up and start over but now either I don't know how to get it again or is it just not going to let me?

You'll need to gain the quest item on a new character; you can't recollect the quest item you dismantled.
