Hunter Cloaks need a TOGGLE HOOD OPTION
The title says it all. I personally, and a lot of my friends would rather run with no hood with just the cloak. We either need a toggle to turn the hoods off, or just start putting more cloaks into the game that have NO HOOD... Please and thank you :)

The promotions for Destiny 2 had a lot of "its your story", yet the customisation is a minimal as the first game.
