error code turtle
Every time I try to get on Destiny I get error code turtle and it says "bungie not able to download configuration files". I have tried everything from restarting destiny, restarting my Xbox One, restarting my router, and going to internet explorer to set up the ips. NOTHING WORKS PLZ HELP!!

1 ReplyHello, Here is the help article for the error code: https://www.bungie.net/Mobi/en/About/Article?id=11683 One thing I do not see mentioned in your main post is clearing your cache. That is also a good troubleshooting step and is listed in the above article. If that does not help, I would recommend redownloading all of the game files.
