It's cause no dedicated servers and Bungie's prehistoric engine
D1.5 is gonna be like this throughout it's WHOLE lifespan👎🏻

They claim D2 has dedicated servers, the problem is that this is really an Activision game. They own it all, including the servers. Activision doesn't give Bungie a high priority so the servers get a lower level maintenance tier. That accounts for the lag and latency (but just figured they should hear it from the community). As far as the clan XP ... That is most likely a Bungie glitch and needs to be fixed ASAP.
