I have accidentally deleted my exotic quest. What now?
I just mistook my Rat King's Crew quest for another legendary to dismantle, and got rid of it. I searched all the vendors in the tower, farm, and even NPCs like Failsafe. Please tell me how to get it back if I can on this character as I was on the Nightfall part. Thanks for the help.

So what happened to me was i had the ace of spades, i was half way done with it. When the tangled shores update came out it completely dossapeared on it's own. I didn't delete it. I didn't do anything. I got back on one day to continue it and it was just gone. I just redid the last call to try again and it isn't there at all.. My main mission in this game was to get that gun and now it's just gone... I put SO many hours into it for it to just vanish. Help please??? Bungie?? I wnt my gin back without having to use a new character??

I too am in this situation... have tired playing pvp with friends who have the rat king equipped... nothing Any other solutions people have found?

Make screen (menu)smaller and go to who you got it from.

I did the same thing with my mida quest. Deleted it on the last step by accident. If you go to the gunsmith he has a tab that says "abandoned quests" but its frickin empty. Im super sad.

Edit: Also you can only gain progress with other players who have the "Rat King's Crew" quest item. Does not work with people who already have completed it and have the exotic. Edit2: Just found out that if you are playing with someone who has the Rat King exotic [b]equipped[/b] you will gain progress on your quest item. It has to be equipped.

I think once you delete it, it's gone unless you make an alternate character.I am not sure you can still lock quests that you get like you can with weapons and gear
