For any issues with the Kellogg's Destiny 2, XP Boost From Pop-Tarts promotion you will need to contact KFR support.
But the Red Sparrow has a limit of 1 (one) per person and account.

Yeah but how do they know if your a member if the just want a picture of reciept?

They will send you a link to become a member so you can receive your code.
